Beast of Reincarnation Collectibles: Every Category You Need for 100% Completion
Beast of Reincarnation tracks nine collectible categories, every one tied to a trophy — so the trophy list doubles as the definitive answer to “what does 100% actually mean?” Here is every category the game counts, what we know about each, and which are grind versus exploration.
Categories verified against the official trophy data, August 4, 2026. Per-item location tables are being built from live-game play and will be published as each zone is swept — counts we have not confirmed are left blank rather than invented.
Every tracked category
| Category | Trophy | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Shrines | Soul Returned | Exploration — also your checkpoint network |
| Campsites | Happy Camper | Exploration — rest and crafting points |
| Paintings of lore | Behold, the Truth | Exploration — the game’s environmental storytelling |
| Documents | Know-It-All | Exploration + reading each one |
| Blades | Blade Collector | Collection — every sword in the game |
| Seedlings | Green Thumb | Collection — every plantable type |
| Arrow & bolt manuals | Manual Maniac | Collection — unlocks ammo types |
| Cooking & crop books | Gourmand | Collection — feeds the cooking system |
| Outfits | Purifier’s Mantle (first outfit) | Collection — cosmetic sets |
Two more completion lists sit alongside the collectibles proper:
- Keeper Golems — friendly NPCs scattered through the world; speaking with 30 unlocks “Finders, Keepers.”
- Elite golems — the optional elite fights; clearing every one unlocks “Wandering Duelist.” We track these with the bosses in the Nushi roster.
Practical notes for a 100% run
- Let Koo do the finding. Koo sniffs out hidden chests and gear — when he fixates on a direction, follow him before moving on. This is the single biggest time-saver for blade and manual hunting.
- Read documents as you pick them up. “Know-It-All” requires reading every document, not just collecting them — clearing your backlog at a campsite each chapter beats a menu marathon before the ending.
- NG+ is your safety net. New Game+ exists and one trophy requires it anyway (see the trophy guide), so anything missed in cycle one can be swept in cycle two. Whether any collectible is genuinely missable is being verified — we will flag confirmed missables here.
- Blades and manuals feed builds, not just completion. Every blade and ammo type is also a combat option — the builds guide covers why picking them up early matters beyond the checklist.
Per-zone location tables
Zone-by-zone tables (each shrine, campsite, painting and chest, in chapter order) are in progress from our own playthrough, starting with Chapter 1’s region. They will be added here as each zone is verified complete.
